You probably know that sephis axes have fallen in price drastically since the introduction of HM so I'd say it's worth ~30k, the inherent mod isn't too popular but a collector might offer even more for it as it is still rare unlike the skin

More in the 20k~ area in my opinion, quite hard to find someone who's looking for that particular dmg mod.
